"Avatar Magic Atelier" is a digital product (a local browser-based tool plus a user guide) that helps users create and reuse avatar identities to generate structured prompts for AI image and content platforms, primarily ChatGPT.
Prices are displayed in USD (or the currency shown on the relevant checkout page). Payment is processed online via Stripe or other payment methods available on the checkout page, and is due in full at the time of purchase.
This is digital content not supplied on a physical medium. By expressly requesting immediate access before the end of any applicable statutory withdrawal period, the customer agrees that access begins immediately and expressly waives any right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This request is collected via a mandatory checkbox at checkout.
Upon purchase, the customer receives a personal, lifetime, non-transferable license to use Avatar Magic Atelier. The customer owns all avatars, images, and content they personally generate using the prompts created with this tool, and may use such generated content for personal and commercial purposes (including social media, marketing, and paid products), subject to the terms of use of any third-party AI platform used to generate the final images (such as OpenAI/ChatGPT). The tool itself, including its interface, structure, system prompts, and user guide, remains the intellectual property of the Seller. Customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the tool or its files as their own product.
Avatar Magic Atelier is optimized for use with ChatGPT. The Seller does not guarantee identical or satisfactory results on other AI platforms. The Seller is not responsible for content generated by third-party AI services or for how customers use their generated content.
This is a one-time payment. No recurring charges apply after purchase.
Collected data (name, email) is used solely to process the order, send confirmation and download access, and provide customer support. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
